(I try to buy organic whenever possible, when it comes to fruits and veggies and animal products, and really anything I eat)
Fresh and/or frozen fruits and berries
Fresh veggies for salads, steaming/cooking, or snacking; and/or frozen veggies for steaming/cooking.
Sweet potatoes
Hummus
Brown rice cakes
Cage-free eggs and/or egg whites
Lowfat Cultured Cottage Cheese (I really like this brand called Nancy’s!)
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Chicken Breasts (natural, hormone-free, antibiotic free)
Fresh or frozen fish
Food items I have on hand and replenish when needed
Oatmeal
Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Canned Tuna
Beans (canned or raw)
Raw nuts (walnuts and almonds)
Quinoa
Spices for cooking
Dijon mustard
Organic Ketchup
